Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management: Support the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, functional resource allocation, and alignment with business objectives.
Project Delivery: Lead high-impact projects from initiation to closure, applying best practices in scope, schedule, and risk management.
Resource Allocation: Manage resource planning and ensure alignment and coordination with the other key functions involved to ensure optimal support for initiatives.
Audits & Procedures: Develop, maintain procedures related to project management.
Artwork & Packaging Management: Oversee artwork and packaging processes, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with branding and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure project success.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and benefits realization.
Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
Work Experience: Solid project management experience above 5 years of production and innovation projects.
Project Management certification is desirable.
