What’s my new career opportunity? 

The Project Manager will work closely with development and technical teams to build on time, on scope, and to specification. This includes managing technical architecture, feature development, integrations, and ensuring projects meet business, technical, and user experience requirements. Acting as the central point of ownership, the role coordinates product, engineering, operations, and media teams to deliver milestones successfully. 

The role is commercially aware, monitoring activity usage and revenue to support growth opportunities and ensure technology delivers value to the business. The Project Manager will also ensure all projects deliver a user-friendly experience, making it intuitive and easy to navigate for clients. Once development is live, the role will transition into a Product Owner position, focusing on ongoing product management, feature prioritisation, roadmap execution, continuous optimisation, and enhancing user experience. 

The ideal candidate brings strong technical project management experience, proven success in building complex digital platforms with API integrations, and a solid understanding of programmatic media, DSPs, and ad-tech ecosystems. Prior experience with technical backend systems, DSPs, or ad-buying platforms is highly desirable. 


What will I be responsible for delivering?  

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of ad technology projects, working closely with development and technical teams to build the platform on time, including architecture, feature development, integrations, and ensuring a user-friendly experience 
  • Serve as the central point of ownership, coordinating product, engineering, operations, and media teams to meet technical, business, and user experience requirements 
  • Collaborate with the Audience Manager to onboard and integrate audiences  
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and requirements gathering to identify needs, gaps, and priorities 
  • Monitor platform performance, track usage and revenue metrics, and identify opportunities to drive commercial growth 
  • Post-launch, transition into Product Owner responsibilities, including feature prioritisation, roadmap planning, ongoing platform enhancements, and optimisation of the user experience 
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, technical integrations, and operational processes 


What do I need to bring? 

  • 3 – 7+ years’ experience managing technical platform projects or digital product builds 
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and complex platform development 
  • Strong project management skills, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination 
  • Experience with programmatic media and DSPs (TTD, DV360, or similar) 
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans and deliverables 
  • Commercially minded, with experience tracking metrics and identifying opportunities to grow platform revenue 
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for building user-friendly platforms 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Comfortable owning delivery end-to-end and driving technical, operational, and commercial success 


Preferred / Nice-to-Have: 

  • Familiarity with ad tech ecosystems (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs etc) 
  • Agile / Scrum experience 
  • Understanding of media campaign operations and optimisations
