We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Junior Project Manager to join our central IT team in Cyprus. This role plays an important part in supporting key initiatives within the team and ensuring smooth coordination across projects in the online trading industry.
You will collaborate with a diverse, international IT team, contributing to cross-functional projects and helping drive alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery.

What does the role look like?
The Project Manager will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and allocated resources.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Report and escalate issues to management as required.
- Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors.
- Contribute to drafting new and improving existing PMO policies and processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Maintain a solution-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, with strong IT/technology delivery experience.
- Experience in FinTech or Financial Services is considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- PRINCE2 or PMI PMP certification is considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies across complex projects.
- Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with MS Project.
