In this role, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating end-to-end client implementations for Transporeon's advanced SaaS modules, directly influencing how global networks move freight and shaping the future of supply chain efficiency.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead end-to-end customer projects from solution design workshops to final implementation, managing scope, schedule, and costs.
Partner dynamically with Sales, Systems Engineering, and Product Development to design solutions that perfectly align with customer requirements.
Champion the change management process for clients, providing dedicated user training and support to ensure seamless technology adoption.
Identify and implement proactive improvements in team processes, product features, and cross-functional communication efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience
Fluent professional language skills in both English and German, with an adaptable communication style for international environments.
2+ years of dedicated experience in project management or supply chain management, ideally focused on SaaS product deployment.
University or college degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational talent, robust time management skills, and a passion for connecting diverse stakeholders to reach common goals.
Bonus Points For:
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum)
Direct experience working with Transporeon modules or enterprise logistics software.
