Ametris is seeking a Project Manager, for our Pharma market. Project Managers (PM) are key contributors within multiple areas of our rapidly growing company.  The position's main responsibility is management of all aspects of client deliverables for studies utilizing ActiGraph’s technology. The PM will be involved in evaluating different solutions and workflows for those clients that they are managing, and supporting those clients’ it in use of Ametris' technology. The PM is ultimately responsible for overall project quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction. This requires excellent work ethic, the ability to quickly learn, analyze and implement all Ametris' products to better support our clients. The person who fills this role must be able to plan work, and work to a plan adapting as necessary in a rapidly evolving environment and have excellent communication skills.  The PM position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a very fast-paced, collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, and a passion for quality and delivery excellence.  In addition, the PM must be able to work with customer support personnel to solve customer’s product related questions and other Subject Matter Experts within Ametris.

The essential duties and responsibilities for this role include:

  • Directs, coordinates and reports on multiple Ametris' client projects.
  • Serves as the customer’s primary contact, and is responsible for maintaining consistent communications.
  • Assembles and drives cross-functional project teams, identifies resources needed, and delivers detailed project. milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion of projects.
  • Executes the actions necessary to resolve project problems/issues and reports on mitigating steps and actions taken to ensure timely deliverables, project success and quality.
  • Assist in product development and design.
  • Work with customer support personnel to resolve customers’ advanced product related issues and escalate in a timely manner, as needed.
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, or issues they have with any Ametris products.
  • Cultivates inter-departmental relationships and promotes a positive work environment.
  • Successfully communicate with Ametris' key executives.
  • Communicate effectively with large research and clinical trial customer base/teams.
  • Implement customer training programs via phone, webinar or on-site.
  • Flexibility for travel to domestic/international trade shows as well as on-site customer visits.
  • In addition to other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Operations, Health Sciences discipline, Sports Science or Kinesiology, preferred.  Relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in project management position. Experience managing technology implementation projects is preferred.
  • Work experience and knowledge of full life-cycle project implementation methodologies.
  • Ability to perform independently and under pressure of time constraints.
  • Experience working in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred.
  • Consistent success in driving teams to meet aggressive deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Adept in problem solving and resolving conflict.
  • Candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and a strong work ethic. 
  • Domestic and International travel experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
  • Experience in SalesForce and/or Desk.com is a plus.
