Role Description
As a People Project Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of APMEA People projects to contracted time, quality, and budget requirements. This will involve matrixed leadership of a small, distributed project team in multiple locations, and the proactive identification, management and resolution of risks and issues throughout the full project lifecycle.
This role will focus organisational transformation and change including project management of the global footprint strategy and will work to implement the new operating model to deliver on our purpose to open up wealth for our customers.
In addition, this role will activate key initiatives related to the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy.
This is a People (HR) Function role and requires the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, excellent communication and influencing skills and strong organisation skills.

The role operates within the APMEA People team, matrixed to the Program Management office.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Organisation Transformation
Project Management of the APMEA organisational transformation and change aligned to the global footprint strategy.
Deliver on all people aspects of the organisation transformation across APMEA including but not limited to, planning and implementation of the operating model aligned to budget requirements, risk mitigation, legislative and regulatory requirements.
Leveraging and working with a cross functional team of resources to deliver on all aspects of the project.
Working in emerging markets with the local People Function to establish processes across the employee lifecycle to ensure the successful onboarding of staff on scale.

Project Management
Manage the delivery of the project/s through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to implementation.
Create and maintain an end to end project plan that delivers the agreed scope of the project to time, budget and quality criteria.
Be actively involved in the delivery of each project by coordinating the day to day running of the project to ensure it achieves its expected milestones.
Have strong relationships and take accountability for working with all FNZ functions to agree scope and timelines in order to ensure delivery of the project in line with overall agreed plan.
Maintain accurate project status and project financial reporting for the project team.
Build mitigation plans for all risks and issues, and take ownership for ensuring these mitigation plans are executed, or escalated

Understand the commercial environment FNZ operates within and be able to identify any changes which might impact FNZ.
Have strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and ensure they are engaged appropriately and contracts are in place (via Gatekeeper – internal procurement system)and managed to ensure the required outcomes for FNZ.
Manage all operational readiness activities associated to the project, as required, ensuring that the appropriate training and handovers take place ahead of go-live.
Undertake post implementation reviews and ensure that lessons learned are captured and shared with the rest of the People community.
