We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

• Completed undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, engineering or other related fields  
• 3-5 year's experience in a relevant function (Project management / Controlling, Consulting, Financial services)  
• Strong results orientation, leveraging project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide cross-departmental efforts  
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritise efforts, and efficiently drive towards clear recommendations Service orientation, team spirit, and eagerness to learn  
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to leverage AI (Focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)  
• Full working proficiency in English; German is a plus  
• Basic knowledge in Crypto is a plus 

Responsibilities  

• Plan and manage projects (scoping, milestones, deliverables, steering, etc.) and provide direct, hands-on support for selected work packages

• Support management of interface between CFDE and central project management function to ensure smooth coordination and effective portfolio governance

• Provide ad-hoc support for controlling, budgeting, and business case analysis 

• Contribute to process mapping, process design, and the implementation of best practices across the organization

• Conduct and continuously update market and product research, including analysis of client and competitor insights

• Contribute to preparation and follow up on client discussions, deriving relevant insights and implications for product and market strategies 

•  Provide support in preparing executive management presentations and in structuring and facilitating leadership meetings

• Join one of the largest global market infrastructure providers in realising its major digital assets strategy
• Take part in and contribute to weekly knowledge sessions on crypto assets
• Gain deep insights into crypto asset trading, market making, execution strategies, settlement, custody, tokenisation, etc.
