Own day-to-day operation and stability of wallet infrastructure, act as L2 for production incidents, coordinate releases and client onboarding, manage tickets and backlog, drive platform improvements, ensure security/compliance, and maintain documentation.

Build reusable UI components, implement feature-rich data tables with AG Grid, use Angular Material, write unit tests, collaborate with product/design/backend/QA, perform code reviews, and propose architectural and UX improvements.

Support day-to-day management of trading and core-banking platforms: monitor applications, assist incident triage, help prepare releases, support client onboarding and testing, maintain Jira tickets and Confluence documentation under guidance.

Manage and maintain production trading platforms, own L2 incident triage and resolution, coordinate releases, onboard institutional clients, configure systems, prioritize tickets/backlog, drive reliability improvements, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Senior legal expert within the Legal & Regulatory team advising on crypto, regulatory and corporate governance matters. Lead strategic, group-wide legal projects, coordinate with regulators (FINMA, BaFin), draft and negotiate agreements, manage external counsel, support international market expansion, and advise Executive Board and Board of Directors on legal and regulatory issues.

Lead and run a FINMA-licensed institutional crypto trading desk: manage traders, pricing, execution logic, market risk, counterparty relationships, P&L, product roadmap, and client-facing responsibilities while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Six-month on-site internship supporting the trading desk: monitor orders and positions, assist with trade checks and post-trade follow-up, prepare trading and market reports, support account operations and reconciliations, research digital asset markets, collaborate with internal teams, and help test and roll out platform changes while adhering to regulatory and internal policies.

Own and develop secure crypto asset storage components. Integrate and maintain blockchains, build backend services with Java/Spring Boot, manage MariaDB/SQL databases, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Leverage generative AI to improve productivity and work at the intersection of finance and blockchain.

Coordinate and support governance, risk, compliance, operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk activities. Contribute to DORA/ICT risk and information security coordination, regulatory reporting, control testing, audit preparation, and stakeholder engagement across control functions in a regulated digital-asset environment.
