Two-month Risk Management internship supporting counterparty assessments and risk-related decision-making. Responsibilities include entering and validating audited financial statements in an internal rating model, preparing Word-based assessment summaries, collaborating with the Risk team, and supporting quality assurance. The role requires strong Excel and financial analysis skills, fluency in German and English, attention to detail, discretion, and current enrollment in a finance-related degree program.

Build production AI and automation solutions, including AI agents, RAG systems, structured extraction pipelines, and deterministic workflows. Identify and prioritize AI use cases across business functions, maintain AI governance inventories and approval processes, and conduct technical reviews. Contribute to Dagster, SQLMesh, and dlt data pipelines, document indexes, feature views, and infrastructure-as-code practices. The role also requires stakeholder workshops, LLM evaluation, observability, risk assessment, and audit-ready documentation.

Lead and run a FINMA-licensed institutional crypto trading desk: manage traders, pricing, execution logic, market risk, counterparty relationships, P&L, product roadmap, and client-facing responsibilities while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Coordinate and support governance, risk, compliance, operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk activities. Contribute to DORA/ICT risk and information security coordination, regulatory reporting, control testing, audit preparation, and stakeholder engagement across control functions in a regulated digital-asset environment.

Own and evolve a cross-product integration platform, support customer API integrations, translate business needs into technical improvements, collaborate with product and engineering, provide L2 production support and manage platform releases while optimizing accounting and operations workflows.

Own day-to-day operation and stability of wallet infrastructure, act as L2 for production incidents, coordinate releases and client onboarding, manage tickets and backlog, drive platform improvements, ensure security/compliance, and maintain documentation.

Lead QA efforts for custom order management, infrastructure, and risk platforms. Build and maintain automated test frameworks, manage release testing (manual and automated), analyze results and logs, improve CI/CD integration and test coverage, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure product quality and risk mitigation.

Support day-to-day management of trading and core-banking platforms: monitor applications, assist incident triage, help prepare releases, support client onboarding and testing, maintain Jira tickets and Confluence documentation under guidance.

Manage and maintain production trading platforms, own L2 incident triage and resolution, coordinate releases, onboard institutional clients, configure systems, prioritize tickets/backlog, drive reliability improvements, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.
