The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources,
and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our project deliverables align
with strategic objectives and exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
● Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and
progress
● Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
● Monitor and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
● Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
● 5+ years of project management
● 3+ years of experience with Jira and Salesforce
● 2+ years working background in cybersecurity (from private or public sectors)
● Fluent English and at least intermediate Japanese (JLPT is not required, but the level should be N2 or higher)
● Proven ability to solve problems creatively
● Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
● Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle
● Excellent analytical skills
● Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
● Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Preferred Qualifications:
● Good understanding of endpoint security or previous work experience with endpoint security products
● Basic understanding of ransomware, malware, and desktop risks
