THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
As Zattoo continues to grow its B2B client base across Europe and beyond, we’re looking for a Project Manager who will drive the successful implementation of our TV platform services for new customers. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of delivering the contracted scope on time and within budget, while guiding clients through product configuration and deliver a superior TV/Video offering tailored to their business objectives.
As part of our highly motivated and committed Business Team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for all project-related questions and tasks—from kick-off through go-live. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the implementation journey. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring project plans align seamlessly with development timelines and organizational priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Project Leadership: Own project planning, organization and transparent communication (internal and external) for all implementation projects.
- Customer Onboarding & Consultation: Guide customers through product configuration, consult on product shaping and onboard them successfully into the Zattoo world.
- Stakeholder Management: Perform as a business resource for technology partners & internal stakeholders, managing multiple project priorities while liaising closely with the engineering teams.
- Scope & Change Management: Proactively assess project risks and manage customer requests that fall outside the initial contract scope, handling the change request process when needed.
- Financial Oversight: Coordinate financial milestones and invoicing processes with the Zattoo finance team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience: Preferably 5+ years of experience in project management within the Internet, IT, telecommunications or media sector
- Client Savvy: Proven ability to quickly build credibility and strong, professional relationships with B2B customers, backed by excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Domain Interest: A strong desire to understand the technical side of Zattoo’s TV platform business, including technical requirements, and a strong interest in the latest video distribution technology trends.
- Drive & Energy: High energy, self-motivation, and a willingness to independently generate ideas, make action plans and implement them.
- Language Skills: Excellent written German and English skills. Additional language skills (e.g. in French and/or Italian) are a plus.
Bonus:
- Experience in the OTT/IPTV, TV, or Streaming Services space, and practical experience with API based services and products.
