SAP Project Manager | About You
As an SAP Project Manager, you are responsible for leading complex data and analytics initiatives involving SAP systems, data migration, and cloud‑based reporting environments. You excel at managing cross‑functional teams, coordinating across business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring structured, on‑time project delivery. You bring strong experience with SAP landscapes, enterprise data platforms, and BI transformation programs. You communicate with clarity, maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, and thrive in environments that require structured planning and strong stakeholder engagement. You are highly organized, proactive, and capable of guiding projects from analysis through full implementation.
SAP Project Manager | Day-to-Day
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of SAP‑related data migration and analytics projects from initiation through delivery.
- Collaborate closely with SAP analysts, data engineers, BI developers, external vendors, and regional business stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependency tracking, risk logs, and status reporting.
- Coordinate project governance, documentation, and workflow tracking using tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Azure DevOps.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, ensuring clear communication of priorities, project decisions, risks, and change impacts.
- Facilitate project ceremonies, cross‑team check‑ins, and structured communication rhythms to support delivery momentum.
SAP Project Manager | Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience managing large‑scale SAP, data migration, or analytics transformation projects.
- Strong background in data migration, including experience with SAP BW, SAP data ecosystems, and cloud‑based BI platforms such as Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, global stakeholders, and external vendors in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, documentation practices, and structured delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, risk management, and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and business groups.
- Ability to work effectively across European time zones, supporting teams located across multiple countries.
