The Financial Controller will oversee controlling and finance activities for the Consumer subscription business. Responsibilities include monthly close, reporting, analysis, business partnering, forecasting, budgeting, auditing, financial modeling, dashboard development, and process automation. The role will improve financial systems and processes, lead digitalization projects, collaborate with Sales, BI, and Marketing, and serve as an expert user of core financial systems. The position is based in Berlin and reports directly to the CFO.

Lead and grow the Ads Backend team while acting as a hands-on technical lead for the SSAI platform. Own architecture, code reviews, operational excellence, cross-team initiatives, and stakeholder communication. Drive a major re-architecture and hire/manage 2–4 engineers to deliver scalable, revenue-impacting ad services.

Manage and maintain the Legal Department's contract database and CMS, standardize data quality and workflows, act as key user to design electronic contract processes (including digital signatures), train and support users, monitor contract deadlines and invoicing, and develop reporting and dashboards to improve contract controlling and cross-departmental standardization.

Support product marketing and business development for CTV advertising across DACH: build go-to-market materials, create business cases, conduct market research, maintain partner relationships, coordinate ad integrations, produce pitch decks and B2B communications, and assist events and cross-functional operational tasks.

Support the Head of Product Marketing & Business Development for Ads across Switzerland and Germany. Create go-to-market materials, build business cases, run market and competitive research, develop partner and monetization materials, coordinate ad integrations with Ad Ops, produce pitch decks using audience data, manage B2B communications and newsletter, maintain Ads sub-site, and coordinate events and cross-functional deliverables.
