As a member of our team, you will manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. You will lead project activities, guide teams, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage the implementation of information systems projects within agreed cost, time, and quality constraints.
- Develop proposals for project strategies, planning, and deliverables.
- Review project deliverables, ensure quality control, and perform risk analysis and management.
- Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, tracking activities against the plan.
- Monitor costs, timelines, and resources; take corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Provide regular and accurate status reports and manage problem reporting systems.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring continuous skill development.
- Manage change control procedures and gain agreement for revisions from project sponsors.
- Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.
- Strong knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Prince2, PMI, PM²).
- Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft Excel).
- Practical knowledge of reporting methods and ability to give presentations.
- Technical knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), interoperable solutions, web applications, and OO development.
- Risk assessment and management expertise.
- Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience using recognized methodologies.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with project management tools and Agile frameworks.
- Experience in managing technical teams and translating user needs into technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- Leadership and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to unplanned changes or decisions.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner.
- Certified in PM².
- Business Analyst – BABOK.
