Experience / skills required
Essential Qualifications:
Strong executive presence and ability to inspire and align cross-functional and cross-market teams
Demonstrated success in leading complex digital and ERP transformations within multinational environments
Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills to drive engagement at all levels of the organization
Executive maturity to manage upwards, sideways, and across technical and commercial leadership
Proven track record of shaping outcomes through influence rather than authority
Essential Technical Skill Set:
End-to-end leadership of SAP S/4HANA programs, ideally greenfield or global template deployments
Deep understanding of core enterprise processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing) within FMCG operations
Hands-on experience in data migration, cutover planning, testing cycles, and hyper-care management
Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies, integration architecture, and change management practices
Professional certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, PMI) are highly desirable
Leadership Success Profile:
Builds high-trust relationships with business and IT stakeholders
Leads through ambiguity with resilience, structure, and confidence
Develops internal talent and cultivates a performance culture during the transformation journey
Delivers outcomes while maintaining strong governance and alignment with Diageo’s values and ways of working
Work Flexibility:
Hybrid working model, with expected in-office presence during critical project moments (e.g., workshops, stakeholder sessions, cutover)
Key Criteria for the Role:
Minimum 8–10 years of total experience, with 5+ years in enterprise transformation or SAP program leadership
Background in multinational corporations, ideally in the FMCG sector
Track record of working with global stakeholder groups and local business teams
Ability to lead and inspire a 50–60 person hybrid team, across business and technology domains
Demonstrated learning agility and ambition to grow into broader technology leadership roles
