Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of in-flight entertainment software projects
- Work closely with business analysts and actively contribute to requirement analysis when needed
- Coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and QA engineers
- Manage multiple external vendors and ensure delivery alignment
- Own SDLC processes and ensure seamless execution across teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges and proactively drive solutions
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams with strong analytical involvement
- Track and manage progress using Jira and Confluence
- Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements (Must Have):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or Software Development
- Strong hands-on experience in SDLC processes
- Proven experience working closely with development teams (not only coordination)
- Background in software development or IT analysis is highly preferred
- Experience managing multi-vendor environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in integration-heavy systems is a strong plus
- Experience in high-load / real-time systems is a plus
- Advanced English (B2/C1 level)
