Role description
We are looking for a Project Manager for our IFM line of business.
Location: Warsaw
Role Purpose
The Project Manager plans, directs, manages and provides oversight of assigned design and construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget. Effectively communicates with key stakeholders, different service lines, technical staff, contractors and management Provides internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and stakeholders
This position will assist in the management of key initiatives and projects. The position requires considerable judgment and latitude in performing job duties and is expected to function effectively with minimal to moderate direct supervision.
What this job involves
Create construction and engineering strategy with Purchases
Establish and lead project delivery team
Establish Project Funding, Budgeting & forecasting
Create construction schedules for space delivery
Ensure technical concurrence for all project deliverables
Manage all project related CSAs and audits
Own and generate options to find the most cost effective and efficient way to deliver the Project Scope
Own and have oversight on scope definition, procurement of consultants and vendors, overseeing the project delivery, CQV, close out, punch lists, KPI’s
Participate in contractor evaluation, bid analysis reviews, and award recommendation.
Generate and manage project charter (goals, objectives, success criteria etc.)
Generate and manage project funding requests
Own Project communication and reporting; Integration amongst team members; Project Issue tracking and resolution; Own Project closeout ensuring agreed standards and practices are implemented; Project documentation
Ensure permitting across areas such as Site Establishment, Construction and Operations
Own and Lead the project change management process
Prepare/implement/Administrate PEP (Project Execution Plan)
Work with other functions to identify design and construction requirements to align with lease terms and conditions
Responsible for completion of a site Risk Screen or for larger initiatives completes an Overall Risk Assessment prior to submission for funding.
Complete any other job-related duties as assigned.
