プロジェクトマネージャーは、end-to-endのクラウドソリューションについて最も専門的な知識を有するデリバリーサービスの提案・デリバリを担う部門に所属します。PMはプロジェクトチームを管理し、Salesforce製品の円滑なデプロイメント・リリースを実現します。End-to-endソリューションを定義し、それらの迅速な実現に向けて構築をリードすることで、お客さまに継続的なビジネス価値を提供し、カスタマーサクセスを主体的にリードします。
本募集ロールにおいては、サービスを提供するお客さまの業界・業種は問いません。ただし候補者のバックグラウンドを考慮し、金融・公共・通信・製造・B2Cビジネスを中心とした各業界・業種の社内関係者とアラインを取りながらPM業務を遂行することが求められます。
Role Description
- プロジェクト立ち上げ、計画策定、要件分析、Fit&Gapアセスメントの実施とガイド、全体スコープ及び、タイムラインの変更に関する交渉に及ぶプロジェクト全体の管理
- プロジェクトの成果物作成、及び運用。プロジェクト計画、要件カタログ、ソリューションデザインドキュメント等の作成、レビュー
- ソリューション設計やデリバリーを行う際の、ベストプラクティスの収集。プロアクティブに既存もしくはペンディング中の課題を認識し、それを解決に導くこと
- 社内プロジェクトメンバにベストプラクティスの提供を行い、スキルレベルとパフォーマンスの向上に努めること
- プロジェクトの現場リード。カスタマーサクセスにコミットすべく、社内/お客様/パートナー等のステークホルダーと適切に対話を主導し、課題がある時には即座にエスカレーションをすることでプロジェクトをマネージ
- お客さまを含めたプロジェクトの雰囲気をポジティブに演出し、全体としてのパフォーマンス向上を図ること
- お客さまの継続的なビジネス発展に向け、継続的なビジネス機会を模索し創出
Your Impact
PMの候補者には重要なプロジェクトやプログラムをリードし、マネジメントする能力が求められます。具体的には、エンゲージメントやプロジェクトマネージメントとガバナンスを策定し、顧客の期待値コントロールに対して責任を持ち、適切なリソースの提供時期や方法について最善の決定を行います。ソリューションと開発の課題とリスクに対して柔軟に解決を図るのと同様に、プロアクティブにチェンジマネージメントを実施します。
Basic Requirements
- 自分の役割に対し、オーナーシップを持って業務を推進できるマインド
- 5年以上の中規模プロジェクト(50-300人月程度)のマネジメント経験
- 7年以上のエンタープライズソフトウェアの実装とリードの経験。特にビジネス的な要求に対してソリューションと機能に対する評価を行ってきた経験
- 非常に優れた文書と口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
- 複雑なコンセプトを説明する能力、交渉能力や説得力、コンフリクトに対する解決能力を有し、クリエイティブかつプロアクティブな考え方を通して、課題を未然に防止もしくは解決が図れること
- ビジネスの要求にアプリケーションの機能を素早く結びつけ、ビジネスの課題に対してどの技術を適用するかを評価する能力
- エンタープライズ企業へのプライムベンダとしての構築提案経験、具体的には提案方針策定・提案資料作成リード・プレゼン・開発見積経験
- 新しいアプリケーションと技術を学ぶ能力
- 最適なソリューションを作るための実装方法をチームに対してガイドを行い、そのソリューションを利用した成功を実現できること
Preferred Requirements
- クラウドソリューション経験、パッケージ導入経験、CRM経験
- アーキテクトとしてシステム全体のアーキテクチャ設計をリードした経験
- プロトタイプ式開発手法、アジャイル開発プロセス
- 英語を活用したプロジェクト経験や実務経験
