What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and manage clients marketing and creative projects from concept to delivery.
- Lead client communication — translating their needs into actionable plans and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Organize and optimize workflows using tools like Notion, Monday.com, Miro, Figma, or CRM systems.
- Plan, assign, and track team tasks, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Support creative and strategic sessions, gathering insights and transforming them into clear next steps.
- Collect and systematize project materials, reports, and best practices to strengthen internal knowledge sharing.
- Partner closely with production, design, and media teams spread across Europe, Africa, and APAC.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of project management experience ideally in a creative, marketing, media, or production agency.
- Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Confident working across cultures and time zones.
- Fluency in English and Russian (client communication requires both).
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset — you make things happen, not just track them.
