The Operations Project Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence by overseeing end-to-end technical projects, optimizing lifecycle processes. This position acts as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, aligning supply chain, production and operations workflows to deliver seamless execution while maintaining a strong customer focus.


As a Cognyter you will:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of technical operations projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met
  • Develop and implement cross-functional operations projects, coordinating stakeholders across Operations, R&D, Engineering, Deployment, and Support to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Inventory teams to maintain operational continuity and achieve project goals
  • Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project milestones, deliverables, and risks
  • Monitor and analyze project lifecycle data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, drive improvements, and report progress to operations leadership
  • Track, analyze, and report on project performance, ensuring visibility for leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in operations or supply chain environments
  • Strong background in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, quality, and customer-facing groups
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements and constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data, project metrics, and risk scenarios
  • Strong leadership in guiding cross-functional teams, often without direct authority
  • Proficiency in ERP / CRM systems and Data tools
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
