Your Future Team:
Major Programme & Project Delivery (MPP) is accountable and responsible for the delivery of infrastructure capital projects and property disposals and acquisitions, operating the Acquire, Create New and Dispose processes; for all areas of the DIO’s business including Housing, the Training estate and the Volunteer Estate (VE); in the UK and overseas.
MPP provides infrastructure project delivery SME input to the early development of programmes and projects. MPP also directs and advises DE&S on all infrastructure aspects of hybrid projects, including nuclear. PPD operates through a geographically dispersed organisation.
Your Missions
Lead the planning, delivery & commissioning of marine projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost & time objectives. Manage contracts, budgets & risks while building strong supplier & stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications
What You Need 🎯
Essential:
✔️ SC Clearance & ability to work on in Glasgow 3 days/week
✔️ Hands-on consultancy and/or construction background
✔️ Experience in marine infrastructure projects
✔️ Strong commercial awareness & ability to challenge CE’s
✔️ Hands-on experience with NEC4 contracts & stakeholder management
✔️ IT proficiency
Desirable:
🔹 Primavera P6 & CEMAR knowledge
Qualifications & Experience 🎓
Essential:
✔️ NEC4 experience
✔️ Project delivery within a marine environment
Desirable:
🔹 Membership of a relevant professional body
🔹 Marine-specific background (not general civils)
🔹 NEC PM accreditation or formal training
