One of our unique features is the ability to launch mini-games within stories. Over the past few years, we've developed dozens of custom games for our clients—from match-3 and endless runners to wheel of fortune, clickers, and interactive puzzles.
We're now looking for an experienced professional to lead and grow this direction as the Head of Game Center Development.
What you’ll do
Drive the development of the Game Center module within the InAppStory platform
Lead and manage a cross-functional team (currently: 1 designer, 2 frontend developers, 1 backend developer)
Collect and formalize requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
Estimate resources and timelines for new features
Actively communicate with clients and gather feedback for ongoing improvements

What we expect from you
Solid technical background (experience as a developer, QA, DevOps, or similar)
Strong English communication skills
Proven experience leading development teams (web or mobile projects)
Structured, analytical mindset
Willingness to take ownership and dive into the details: mapping flows in Miro, managing project docs, clarifying tasks, verifying outcomes, and delivering clear feedback
Nice to have
Previous experience in game development or interactive content
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
