In this role, you'll oversee high-impact projects across website development, brand identity, messaging, and logo design. You’ll guide projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations stay in sync, and that every deliverable reflects Marketwake’s commitment to excellence.

Manage full lifecycle projects across branding, messaging, logo design, and website development—from initial discovery to final delivery
Lead internal and external kickoffs to establish goals, timelines, responsibilities, and communication rhythms
Build and maintain project plans (timelines, tasks, Gantt charts) and keep them up to date as the work evolves
Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and timeline shifts and communicate adjustments with clarity and confidence
Coordinate creative and technical deliverables with strategists, copywriters, designers, and developers
Set clear expectations with clients and internal teams, ensuring every stakeholder knows what's happening, why, and when
Run weekly status meetings and client check-ins, documenting action items, decisions, and follow-ups
Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope, while never compromising on quality
Identify opportunities to expand project scope or deepen client partnerships based on evolving needs
Improve internal processes and reporting to drive consistency, efficiency, and delight
3–6 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
Direct experience leading website, branding, or messaging projects
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; you’re comfortable managing multiple client timelines at once
Confidence working across creative, strategic, and technical teams
A proactive mindset- you anticipate issues and solve them before they become problems
Clear and empathetic communicator, both with clients and internal teams
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Figma, G Suite, Wordpress, Shopify, Webflow and Slack
A strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering excellent work
Bonus: Experience in SCRUM or Agile environments; certification is a plus
