As Project Manager in the E&S Project Management team, you will plan, execute and deliver system solutions to the food industry. The projects are based on Alfa Laval’s core technologies within the Food Systems market and the Edible Oil Systems market for our customers worldwide.

Reporting to Project Office Manager
Your tasks
- Plan, execute, deliver, install and commission projects worldwide
- follow our project management model, Engineering Workflow, other tools and procedures as well as living up to the vision of “World Class Project Management”
- deliver projects on budget, on time and with right quality by actively involving the customer, the project stakeholders and team members, working proactively with the expectations of the customer
- engage the project team to develop technical solutions with the right quality in an efficient and accurate manner.
Your background
You are:
- a Mechanical engineer or equivalent.
- a team player and a good communicator.
- a good motivator.
- a good negotiator.
You have:
- previous 3 years’ experience as project manager at least
- preferably a background from food systems, agro-industrial areas.
Your English skills are at negotiation level (written and verbal).
