Project Manager (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Project Manager to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
2. Monitor and add potential leads to CRM software.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
4. Manage business social media accounts.
5. Check invoices via Stripe.
6. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
7. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
8. Conduct research to enhance project outcomes.
9. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a project manager, project management generalist, or in a relevant role.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Comfortable working on a graveyard shift.
• Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package (with HMO):
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 64,000
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 80,500
