PVM is actively seeking a Special Project Manager to serve as a Special Projects Coordinator and Business Analyst supporting the Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will provide managerial support, subject matter expertise, and strategic analysis to enhance operational effectiveness across assigned mission areas. This position requires a broad technical skill set in acquisition, logistics, and business analysis to facilitate the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of maintenance and logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the PMO and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and strategic plans.
- Analyze, develop, implement, and improve acquisition and logistics strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct independent or collaborative studies to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions for complex maintenance and logistics challenges.
- Provide executive-level briefings and staffing support for integrated logistics support programs.
- Develop logistics support plans for mission-critical systems and related subsystems.
- Evaluate priorities in relation to strategic objectives and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing new procedures to enhance operational workflows.
- Support the PMO in automated and database-driven business analysis tools, modeling, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts.
- Perform routine administrative, clerical, and logistics tasks to support overall mission execution.
Requirements:
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.
- 5+yrs of SOF experience with operational component in domain of tactical ground, maritime, or aviation.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or an Avaiation discipline.
Tools:
- Proficiency in logistics management software, business intelligence tools, and database modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with automated business analysis tools and workflow management systems.
