Leads customer-embedded implementations in secure government environments by architecting, prototyping, and delivering scalable software solutions. The role owns technical delivery, secure coding, code quality, customer collaboration, technical research, mentorship, and leadership across mission-focused projects. It requires deep Palantir platform expertise, substantial software engineering or mission experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance or immediate eligibility.

The fellowship offers hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on data engineering, cloud-native applications, and Agile workflows with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Build and deliver front-end analytical dashboards in Palantir Foundry, support CI/CD pipeline configuration, implement metric definitions and data transformations, produce technical documentation, and participate in agile sprint activities. Test and validate dashboards, resolve integration issues, and support defect fixes while collaborating with senior engineers and government stakeholders.

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will develop Palantir capabilities, support CI/CD tasks, and build analytical features, while collaborating with government stakeholders in an agile environment.

Implement and configure a Palantir Foundry-based operational intelligence platform: build ontologies, Workshop/Slate apps, NLP querying, ingest searchable documents, implement rules-based logic, participate in agile sprints, demo to government stakeholders, produce technical documentation, and support testing and defect resolution.

The FSR Analyst will train users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop solutions with implementation teams, requiring strong communication and technical skills.

Lead Palantir Foundry architecture and ontology design to deliver and sustain operational applications for PSPS, wildfire mitigation, and regulatory reporting. Own implementations from design to production support, develop Workshop apps and pipelines, integrate SAP/OMS/GIS/ERP systems, participate in incident response and readiness exercises, govern ontology lifecycle and platform releases, and mentor junior engineers.
