Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have technical experience with construction projects. Will be responsible for the planning, execution and successful delivery of construction projects through an understanding of network, technology standards and hardware. The role requires the ideal candidate to work closely with cross-functional teams to enable Technology, Infrastructure, and Innovation through technology solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals and high-reliability technology environments.
Essential Functions
• Oversee all aspects of Project Life Cycle.
• Proficiently manage 3 to 5 unique projects simultaneously and ensure project
efforts remain on target.
• Rigorously manage scope, budget, schedule, and risks including development of solid mitigation strategies that can be executed quickly to avoid project delays.
• Develop communication plans and provide transparency to stakeholders and
leadership.
• Ensure the project team adheres to designated governance, standards and
processes that include a structured approach applying expert knowledge, skills,
tools, and techniques to meet project objectives.
• Apply specific technical specialty skills and requirements necessary to successfully plan and deliver projects in areas such as information technology, construction management, etc.
• Works with Infrastructure and Operations teams to maintain and coordinate
physical infrastructure including LV cabling in; CPOP, MPOP, IDF and entrance facilities and maintain Div27 specs within our facilities
• Assists with network/voice circuits on behalf of DTS and our service providers to ensure entrance facilities and circuits meet the need of facilities and our high
reliability organization.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated project management experience overseeing 3 or more simultaneous, complex projects is preferred (eg. Hospital Replacement, MOB/Clinic build, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including non-supervisory experience is
preferred.
• Expert Level Certified Program or Project Management designation is preferred. Qualifying certifications include PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PfMP, AHA- CHC, IAPM-CSPM, IAPM-CSAPM, AAPM-Master Project Manager, GAQM-Certified Project Director.
• Lean process certification or demonstrated equivalent skill is preferred.
• 3 + years proven leadership experience including non-supervisory roles is preferred.
• Merger and Acquisition integration project management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field such as business administration, information
technology, construction management, or healthcare is preferred. Will consider
experience over education.
• Prior experience working in an integrated healthcare delivery organization is
preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage projects requiring cross-functional
resources.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is beneficial.

- Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require the employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
- For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
