As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects across R&D, customer deployments, and business transformation to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You will manage resources, budgets, and risks while maintaining clear communication with global telecom partners. With a strong technical understanding of 4G/5G Core networks and IoT SaaS solutions, you will support tailored deployments that align with customer needs.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects across R&D, customer deployments, and business transformations, ensuring timely and goal-aligned execution.
Plan and allocate resources effectively, monitor team workload, and proactively address bottlenecks and risks.
Track project progress, handle changes and conflicts, and maintain alignment with scope, timelines, and objectives.
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring smooth communication.
Oversee project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and ensuring financial targets are met.
Drive technical discussions and support deployment of 4G/5G Core networks and IoT SaaS solutions with global telecom operators.
Foster continuous improvement, contribute to PMO best practices, and ensure efficient project structures and processes.
- 4+ years of project management experience, ideally with a PMP certification.
- Strong experience in the telecom industry, particularly in 4G and 5G standards, as well as IoT and IP networks.
- Knowledge of cloud services, such as serverless computing, containerization, and microservices.
- Proven ability to successfully manage complex projects with durations of 6+ months, involving cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment.
- Experience working globally and across different time zones, managing diverse and dispersed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
