The Role

Description

Cardo Systems, a global leader in consumer electronics for motorcycle riders, skiers, and off-road drivers, is looking for a result-driven, organized, methodical, and communicative professional Project Manager to join our team. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from company’s offices at Raa’nana/from home), reporting to the Project Management Team Leader.

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of Cardo’s multi-disciplinary projects. This role involves planning, overseeing, and tracking cross-department projects—ranging from mechanics, hardware, software, and NPI to marketing operations—ensuring they are executed efficiently and on time. The Project Manager will drive alignments across teams, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and implement strategies to mitigate risks and overcome delays. While primarily focused on general project management, this role includes a part-time focus on marketing projects by creating and implementing workflows and processes, ensuring the marketing department operates smoothly and meets its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with organizational and marketing goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects such as product launches, promotional campaigns, and cross-channel initiatives.
  • Develop detailed work plans and schedules, integrating timelines for both operational and marketing deliverables to monitor progress effectively.
  • Implement project flows and processes across marketing and other departments, streamlining workflows and ensuring operational consistency.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budgets for both projects and campaigns, utilizing proper risk mitigation strategies.
  • Track and measure project performance for both general and marketing-specific initiatives using KPIs and leveraging data insights, providing actionable recommendations to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of both operational and marketing projects, with a focus on quality and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across teams to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership for both project and marketing initiatives.
  • Suggest creative solutions to risks and challenges, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project or campaign objectives.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years experience managing multi-disciplinary development projects (not SaaS, must include hardware, mechanics, production processes, and NPI).
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Advantage if you have:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in mass production environments
  • Background in Powersports, motorcycles, or winter sports
  • Understanding of marketing processes and campaign planning
  • Experience in working for a large/multi-national consumer goods company
