• Experienced with leading agile teams using SCRUM.
• Very advanced communication skills and the ability to form and keep a team together.

Job Description: 

IT Project Manager with 10+ years experience in leadership skills, communication skills, risk management, specifically within IT projects.

Responsibility: 

• Leadership skills, communication skills, risk management, specifically within IT projects. Solid understanding of IT operations, and the principles of internal control frameworks. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience in change management, particularly within the IT sector. Skills in designing, implementing, and assessing the effectiveness of internal control frameworks. Proven consultancy or advisory skills, with the ability to provide guidance and make recommendations based on industry best practices.

Skill Set: 

• IT Project Manager support for the Design and Implementation of our IT Internal Control System

Soft Skills: 

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and the ability to build consensus.
• Strong action orientation; ability to make things happen. 

Communication 

• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
