Responsibilities:

Lead engineering/manufacturing projects in material optimization or instrument redesign.

Lead strategic initiative and manage global programs.

Enable & assist in the process of project planning, control & reporting.

Identify and explore new opportunities or new ways of doing things.

Lead innovation/project workshops and forum.
-
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
-
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Collaborate and connect with multi-functional global engineering teams.
Qualifications
-
Master / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or in related field.

Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
-
Relevant working experience in project management. Understanding of project leadership.

Understanding of instrument manufacturing & design.

Require in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule.
