The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and deliver online market research projects. The Project manager is in charge of timely and promptly responding to client's daily requests and must contribute to client satisfaction on a daily basis. The Project manager is responsible for the successful fieldwork management of AdHoc and Tracking Projects (End-to-End and standalone sample) within fielding time and budget requirements.  

 

Please note that this opening to an employment contract is for a full-time role, 40 working hours a week including day and weekend shifts PST hours. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Manages all fieldwork aspects of market research projects. 

  • Maintains and strengthens client relationships through exceptional service and consultation. 

  • Responds to time sensitive client inquiries and resolves problems. 

  • Ensures high quality performance according to the contract with the respective client. 

  • Interacts with and manages vendor and supplier relationships.  

  • Mentor and develop Project Coordinators.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 

  • Postgraduate – Any stream  

  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.  

  • Strong computer proficiency.  

  • Possession of strong understanding of market research is preferable.  

  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting and negotiation skills  

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.  

  • Must be open to work in night shift.
