A Project Manager is a professional in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. They prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate solar panel installation projects, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and within the scheduled timelines.
  • Budget Management: Ensure adherence to the project budget and financial goals.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and manage external teams involved in the installation of solar systems.
  • Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites during the installation process.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for company management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in managing solar panel installation projects.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar energy regulations and safety standards, as well as local permitting procedures and regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, team management, and excellent communication skills
