Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented for a Project Manager top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Lead project and initiatives with cross-function workstreams and stakeholders
- Manage project plans, activities, communications and change management
- Lead project meetings
- Track project benefits and resources that deliver results on scale and on budget
- Track program and individual initiatives benefits realization
- Compiles data and root cause analysis to make data driven recommendations to improve processes
- Severs as liaison between operations and IT to perform impact analysis and support cost benefit analysis work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to tell a story with data
- Works independently and in group settings (as needed)
Total Work Experience
- Minimum Required: 4-6
Required Education
- Minimum Required: Bachelor (Preferred: Masters)
English Proficiency
- Fluent
Strategic Planning: Able to facilitate and manage the development of strategic goals, success measures, tasks, deliverables, deadlines and budgets as part of the planning process for a project, portfolio, or program.
Stakeholder Analysis & Alignment: Able to use a range of tools and techniques to effectively identify stakeholders, issues they care about, and how they will be impacted.
Business Case Development: Able to support Business Owners/Epic Owners in providing the justification for undertaking the project, portfolio or program by critically examining the cost/benefit analysis and ensuring solution aligns to strategic theme(s), objective(s) and key result(s).
