Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be involved in managing project trackers, schedules, and weekly progress reports. This role supports organizing and improving information architecture to streamline access and updates. The position oversees task management, prioritizing follow-ups and organizing tasks by project or brand for efficiency.

How you will achieve success:

• Keeping project trackers updated, pulling together weekly progress reports and handling the logistics around scheduling reviews and follow-ups.
• Drafting and updating SOPs, staying on top of SOP database, mapping out workflows and managing the follow-up communication around process updates.
• Helping to set up a framework that organizes our documentation and making sure we have the right structure in place to support continuous improvements.
• Handling the data entry and tracking within our JBP framework, creating charts and visuals to show progress and managing scheduling and communication needed to ensure brands are on the appropriate cadence.
• Managing recurring tasks for WBRs and weekly updates and organizing tasks by project or brand to keep everything streamlined and easy to follow. 

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Required
• 2-5 years of project management experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, OneDrive; data analysis and presentation: Excel.
• Experience working with project management tooling (ie Airtable, Microsoft Project). 
• Organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-through, proactive and solutions-oriented individual that can effectively prioritize tasks and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




• Preferred:  
• Data analysis and presentation: PowerBI.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;

- at least 4GB RAM;

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 

- You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
