The Role: Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager at Anchanto plays a key role in driving successful deliveries for global customers, managing project and product deliveries in alignment with PMO processes. The role involves overseeing projects from kick-off to go-live.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a project manager, with at least 5 years in the Supply Chain domain within large global enterprises.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, with mandatory experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Must have developed, delivered, and supported end-to-end engagements in the Supply Chain domain.
• Experience in the implementation and sustenance of Project Management Best Practices.
• Data-driven approach to solutioning.
• Excellent written, spoken, and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Successfully managed the end-to-end delivery of simultaneous projects.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Simultaneously manage multiple client relationships and communication to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage with customers to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Independently lead meetings and manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Create project plans, manage project health, track and report project deliverables at agreed intervals, and proactively identify and manage project risks to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Effectively manage project scope.
• Manage the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality.
• Provide weekly reporting of project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers.
