Job Description

THE POSITION:  

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the assigned complete commercialization programs. They will support the Chief Commercial Officers in preparing and managing budgets, preparing for leadership and team meetings, and documenting the outcomes of the meeting. They will support the program management and all its needs. The project manager will familiarize the EVERSANA SOPs and will support the Chief Commercial Officer in the areas of vendor contracting and other ad hoc areas. They will act as the de-facto chief of staff for the Chief Commercial Officer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in the management of a partnered program including Program scope, Timelines, Risk management & Mitigation and Resourcing
  • Manage budgets and develop budget reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Coordinate, prepare for and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and partners
  • Responsible for the capture, dissemination and follow up of meeting minutes
  • Empowered to elevate key information on behalf of and back to CCO
  • Support contracting requirements
  • Support the CCO in LT and Board presentations
  • Identify best practices and share learnings with the PMO team to drive the continuous improvement of the team 
  • All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Education – BS/BA Required
  • Experience and/or Training – Strong accounting and project management experience

Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task, think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to roll-up sleeves and get things done
  • Ability to assess client needs and deliver high-quality effective communications
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to address issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with Project Management (CAPM) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • Five plus years of experience working in the pharmaceutical, life science or consulting industries
  • Experience with launch management and/or experience with supporting launch execution (marketing, advertising, branding, project management, program/product management, etc.)
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Able to plan, facilitate and follow-up after meetings

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $112,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
