Responsibilities 🤓

✓ Drive project success by aligning with client needs and leveraging Mutt’s technical teams. Guide projects through discovery and implementation phases.

✓ Ensure team compliance with Agile methodologies. Assist in creating and kickstarting Agile processes with Technical Leads: requirements, weeklies, dailies, project roadmaps, planning, user stories, status reports, retros, etc.

✓ Develop tools, frameworks, and processes to track and analyze project progress, obstacles, and needs.

✓ Report tracked information biweekly.

✓ Manage team staffing, PTOs, leaves, and other requirements (equipment, location changes, travel).

✓ Keep the team focused on project goals. Handle initial rounds with external actors and act as a team ambassador.

✓ Serve as a servant leader, facilitating team success and promoting psychological safety. Assist tech leads with underperformance and conflict management.

✓ Handle equipment requests, PTOs, and special trips.

✓ Facilitate education sessions and cross-team collaboration.

✓ Manage project knowledge and information.

✓ Analyze and improve billable utilization with capacity planning.

Required Experience

✓ University degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.

✓ 3+ years of experience launching medium/large-scale software initiatives.

✓ Advanced English communication skills. Intermediate skills in P&L analysis, revenue and cost forecasting, and contract renegotiation.

✓ Experience with Google Suite.

✓ Comfortable with communication tools like Slack and ClickUp. Knowledge in team skills: teaching, mentoring, flexibility, team building, active listening.

✓ Able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✓ Spanish Advanced Level.
