The Compass Development Marketing Group team provides a first­ class, value­-driven suite of research, pre-development planning and design, marketing and sales services to Compass’ developer clients. As a CDMG Marketing Project Manager, you will engage with the client and Compass Managing Director throughout the entire development and sales process. You will work closely with our talented team and agents as well as with our in-house research, planning and design, marketing and sales teams on a national scale.

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Working with Compass’ Pre-Development Planning and Design team and Managing Director to assist in programming the project based on sales and marketing objectives
  • Managing the marketing process from brand development to final sales
  • Recommending and managing appropriate vendors
  • Creating marketing budgets and RFPs
  • Managing master timeline for project
  • Ensuring invoices are sent correctly and according to schedule
  • Preparing new business development presentations at direction of Managing Director
  • Creating comprehensive marketing plans and ensure it is flawlessly executed for all new developments
  • Liaising with advertising agency, PR firm and media buyers to ensure consistent overall branding
  • Liaising with Compass in house design and creation where applicable on brochure, marketing floor-plan, site signage to ensure consistent overall branding and execution
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings and ensuring that owner expectations are met
  • Social Media content creation and posting as agreed to in project(s) scope of services
  • Eblast creation and deployment as agreed to in project(s) scope of services
  • Commenting on renderings
  • Ensuring open house schedule is updated and open houses run smoothly
  • Weekly updates to developers
  • Curate Regional Monthly Showcase
  • Event Management and execution
  • Attend all project events and large presentations (for example presentations at sales meetings) to represent CDMG
  • Coordinate ongoing research (pipeline, market studies, etc.)
  • Assist Managing Director with pricing and release recommendations
  • Create, organize and deliver appraisal packages for developers
  • Manage and organize sales documents
  • Assist with the planning and logistics associated with events and meetings
  • Maintain a CRM tool, inputting contract activity and reporting and ensuring all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
  • Keeping Managing Director apprised of any concerns or issues related to projects, agents, client relationships or specific requests
  • Miscellaneous support as needed for sales team

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record
  • 5 + years of marketing related experience
  • Real estate related experience
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time and competing deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic with ability to prioritize
  • Thrives in a fast paced, startup environment
  • Proficient in InDesign and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
