Mission of Project Manager:

As a Project Manager, your primary goal will be to translate client needs into tangible web solutions, leading the project from conception to completion. You will cover a myriad of responsibilities from Project Management, to UX (User Experience) Planning, Web Development, and Account Management, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of user experience, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Collaborating closely with designers, developers, and clients, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from site planning and wireframing to theme selection, customization, and final delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Site Planning:
    • Translate discovery notes into a site map including page titles and content overview.
  • Wireframing:
    • Organize information based on site goals.
    • Create a visual representation of page layout and content placement.
    • Facilitate user interactions and achieve site objectives.
  • Design Planning:
    • Understand web design principles and trends.
    • Scan for suitable themes based on client and site goals.
    • Identify elements such as clickable numbers for key functionalities.
  • Design Management:
    • Provide designers with wireframes and theme options.
    • Work collaboratively to develop the homepage layout.
    • Ensure the approved design aligns with project objectives.
  • Homepage Development:
    • Customize homepage design using WordPress and Elementor (Visual Builders)
    • Match the homepage design to the approved layout exploring different themes, discerning the most effective and appropriate ones to use
    • Ensure seamless user experience within CMS capabilities.
  • Developer Management:
    • Coordinate with developers for tasks beyond CMS capabilities.
    • Provide clear direction, manage timelines, and ensure quality assurance.
    • Oversee development tasks to align with project goals.
  • UX Planning & Development:
    • Create initial subpage designs based on UX principles.
    • Guide user interactions and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Incorporate creative elements to enhance page aesthetics.
  • Design Feedback Management:
    • Accept and apply feedback from design reviews.
    • Implement changes within Elementor to refine designs.
    • Ensure final designs meet client expectations and project goals.

First 30 days:

  • Meetings will primarily involve jumping on calls for project discussions and updates.

Throughout your first 30 days, you will be provided with the necessary support and resources to ensure your success in our dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on your seamless integration and contribution to our global recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Must have experience in WordPress. 
  • Experience with Elementor is a plus.
