Responsible for the successful management and execution of strategic initiatives under ambiguous direction. This position prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships. Additionally, this role exhibits collaborative partnerships with stakeholders at all organizational levels to affect change within the organization. In addition, this position leads internal marketing team communications and builds project management structures associated with deploying marketing initiatives and strengthening the marketing operating model. Activities and competencies include strategic communication, project management, building professional networks, change management, client management, and performance management.
- Facilitates cross-functional meetings to align team efforts and address challenges.
- Travels for meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and project alignment.
- Prioritizes and manages projects to meet strategic objectives.
- Develops processes to streamline project execution and enhance efficiency.

Pay Range:
$73,507.20 - $136,739.20Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
