We are looking for an organised and execution-focused Project Manager – Interior Products to manage projects from initial planning through final delivery and installation. The role requires strong project management skills combined with an understanding of interior products, materials, vendors, site coordination, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, tracking timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered according to agreed specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interior product projects from project initiation through delivery, installation, and closure.
  • Understand client requirements, project specifications, timelines, and expected deliverables.
  • Prepare detailed project plans covering scope, activities, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with customers, designers, vendors, suppliers, production teams, logistics partners, and installation teams.
  • Track project progress against agreed timelines and identify potential delays or execution risks.
  • Coordinate procurement and availability of interior products, materials, fixtures, fittings, and related components.
  • Follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of required materials.
  • Monitor product specifications, quantities, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate logistics, transportation, site deliveries, and installation activities.
  • Ensure products and materials reach project sites according to planned schedules.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth installation and execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, purchase requirements, and commercial commitments.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, schedules, documentation, purchase records, and delivery status.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely progress updates to management and clients.
  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, scope changes, and dependencies and take corrective action.
  • Coordinate resolution of quality, delivery, installation, and customer-related issues.
  • Manage project changes and ensure revised requirements are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality, design, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project completion reviews and ensure pending issues are closed before final handover.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project planning, vendor coordination, execution processes, and delivery efficiency.
