Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager in Construction oversees the most complex projects 's quality, timeline, and budget, coordinating internal and external teams.
They manage construction documentation, oversee permitting, support procurement compliance, and ensure construction quality while participating in customer meetings to implement changes. They also lead Junior Project Managers in Construction.

• The Senior Project Manager is with his/her skills and experiences ultimately responsible for the most complex construction projects.
• Both in terms of quality, time and cost.
• He/She has internal and external collaborators to help him, but the responsibility belongs to him/her.
• Leads the junior Project Manager - Construction.
• During the entire project, he looks for solutions that will increase the quality and reduce the cost of the project.
• Coordination of construction project documentation at all required stages.
• Oversees permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues.
• Provides support to Procurement Department in the preparation and review of procurement documentation, checks compliance with project bid documentation.
• Controls and coordinates construction work, their quality and compliance with project documentation.
• Participates in meetings with customers and is responsible for the implementation of required changes.
