In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from contract award through commissioning and handover, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and project closeout.
  • Support the proposal team during the quotation phase by validating project assumptions, execution strategies, resource requirements, schedules, and cost estimates to ensure smooth project execution after project award.
  • Execute and coordinate project activities including contract review, procurement, manufacturing, inspections, logistics, shipments, subcontracting, installation activities, and site services to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure resource alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary customer interface and coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project financial performance through budget control, cost monitoring, revenue forecasting, cash flow management, invoicing support, and profitability improvement.
  • Monitor project progress and compliance against schedules, KPIs, contractual requirements, and company procedures, including oversight of subcontractor performance and all site activities, while providing regular status reports and forecasts.
  • Evaluate and manage project risks, opportunities, and scope changes by implementing mitigation plans and administering variation orders and change requests.

You demonstrate the ability to ask insightful and pertinent questions to conduct accurate situational analyses. You effectively mobilize and allocate resources, including personnel, funding, materials, and support, to ensure successful project execution. You skillfully navigate both formal and informal channels to cultivate broad-based relationships and garner necessary support. Furthermore, you possess a deep understanding of individual motivators and strategically align tasks to optimize team performance and engagement.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or 5 years in lead engineering and commissioning roles within instrumentation, automation, digitalization, wireless, or industrial solutions projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of instrumentation, wireless solutions, flow measurement, pressure, temperature, and level technologies.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site installation, commissioning, and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of commercial and contractual management, including contract terms, change management, claims, variation orders, and Incoterms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, planning, and reporting tools.
  • Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, planning, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
