Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement HSE Programs:
- Create and maintain comprehensive HSE programs that align with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct HSE Training:
- Deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring they understand and comply with safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain training records.
- Investigate Incidents and Accidents:
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations for prevention.
- Monitor Compliance:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
- Promote a Safety Culture:
- Foster a positive safety culture within the organization by promoting awareness and engagement.
- Encourage employees to report safety concerns and hazards.
- Liaise with Regulatory Authorities:
- Interact with regulatory agencies, such as OSHA or local authorities, to ensure compliance and address any issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC Certificate.
- ISO 14001&45001 Certification.
- HSE specific certification.
- Fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Working experience not less than 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct investigations and analyze data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
