Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects for the Zip Procurement Platform.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and project governance.
- Manage project execution across all phases, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Configure and oversee procurement workflows, approval processes, intake forms, and procurement policies within the Zip platform.
- Coordinate system integrations between Zip and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Coupa, DocuSign, or other third-party systems.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure successful data migration, user training, change management, and go-live execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates, executive dashboards, and governance reports.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, procurement policies, security standards, and quality processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and platform adoption.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Mandatory experience working on the Zip Procurement Orchestration Platform, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement business processes
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in project budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
