We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Manager to oversee cleaning and contracted service projects at large active construction sites and critical environments. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating daily production, communicating with general contractors and other trades, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of contracted cleaning and service work on large active construction sites and critical environments.
- Supervise and assist a crew of approximately 4–8 employees, assigning responsibilities and ensuring daily work is completed efficiently.
- Establish daily production goals based on the overall project plan and schedule.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with general contractors, other trades, vendors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure work is completed according to project specifications, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
- Perform hands-on duties as needed, including manager, superintendent, and/or technician responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress toward completion.
- Conduct site inspections to assess work quality, compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
- Generate and manage accurate daily and weekly work reports.
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks and reinforce safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure employees follow OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and site-specific safety requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints and become familiar with site layouts, building names, and project requirements.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials needed to support daily operations.
- Train, coach, and mentor crew members on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and project expectations.
- Identify and resolve project-related challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with project budgeting, cost control, and reporting as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
- 3+ years of experience supervising or managing field crews required.
- Previous experience in a similar project management, foreman, superintendent, or crew leadership role required.
- Construction project experience preferred.
- Experience in critical environment cleaning, facilities management, construction cleaning, or related services preferred.
- OSHA-10 certification required; OSHA-30 preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between project locations as needed.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Willingness to work up to 50 hours per week, including the possibility of second-shift work based on project needs.
- Ability to work on active construction sites and in operational data center environments.
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to travel as required.
