Role Purpose: Drive the successful execution of technical projects (Bots based on voice, chat, email etc) from
initiation to completion. You will own project delivery, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met while
fostering collaboration across teams.
Key responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed
project plans with resource allocation and dependencies, ensuring clarity of
roles and responsibilities across teams.
Project Delivery & Execution:
Drive end-to-end execution of projects, track progress against milestones,
manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and
successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders. Conduct regular status meetings, share timely updates, align
expectations, and resolve conflicts during execution.
Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet defined
standards. Conduct regular quality reviews, address deviations promptly, and
manage risks throughout the project lifecycle with contingency plans.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, and
change requests. Provide regular status reports highlighting milestones,
progress, and deviations. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons
learned and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in
B2B/SaaS
Functional Skills
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile,
Scrum, Waterfall).
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and
within budget.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical
and non-technical teams.
