Own end-to-end client project delivery, serving as the primary contact from requirements gathering through implementation and closure. Develop project plans, manage milestones, resources, risks, escalations, billing coordination, demonstrations, and client sign-off. Coordinate with delivery partners and internal Finance, Product, and technical teams. The role requires manufacturing shop-floor knowledge, client communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
