Major Accountabilities:
- Project execution: launches the project successfully through functionally integrated teams with focus on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology (ownership on Overall Project Plan, Project Reviews, Risk Management Plan, Business case, Project staffing, Project adherence to PDP to achieve compliance)
- Product quality: makes sure to meet First Time Quality [FTQ] goals and meet Worldwide Formal Customer Complaints (WFCC) goals
- Cost and budget: makes sure to meet the investment spending and financial statistics, prepares capital spending and forecast, CAPEX planning and tracking of spend and contribution – submits and follows the approvals
- Customer / supplier relationships: customer management and communication alignment between different stakeholders
- Team management: Closely cooperates with the relevant technical experts (Engineering Project Leader, Quality, Sales, SCM, Manufacturing etc.) and drives the expected progress of the product development
- Compliance: ensures compliance with PDP requirements, maintains required documentation and reporting, participates in audits
